The pc works great only thing i dislike is you can’t add rgb upgrades like some other pre builds and for how it works the price is a little steep. But other than that it works great and nothing else bad to say

The computer works perfect, the problem I had is my computer was flagged 2 separate times during production making it delayed for 2 months longer than expected only because I did not recieve an email properly, and it was instead sent to spam instead of my inbox or my important emails the 1st time, however the second time was resolved quickly. I understand why an account needs to be flagged, but it would be better if you guys sent out more than 1 email per flagged instance.

Incredibly fast in the process of getting my PC. I ordered it in January and received it in February. They had emailed saying it would take a while because they were on back order, but damn, I still got it quickly. It was also nice to have a page where I could check the build's progress.

At first, the consistency with Apex was great about what to implement in the current PC Build I had bought for my friend. When my friend had received the PC first. He told me that it was a little complicated to turn on, or even at that. Connecting everything to turn on the PC didnt really turn it on automatically as it should. My friend had the PC for no more than the return policy which was 14 days. And already, it started to have problems that the PC wouldnt turn on. I had emailed support, and sure, they were great in responding with correct questions needed about what was wrong or how to fix it. But eventually, the PC took a turn for the worst, and blew up in smoke. The PCU blew and the PC is completely fried a few days later a week after the return policy. So now, I had asked customet support if I could return it, since I was deeply enraged that I spent nearly $2,000 on fault product, and now, its $140 to buy a shipping label just to send it out to them! So hooray! I have to keep paying for a faulty product, and now my friends PC is just sitting and collecting dust, because theres no point in paying for a $140 piece of paper, just to ship and wait to see how long it would be till it gets fixed! So thanks Apex! Real Great Product!

Don't get me wrong, the pc is great. The customer service and things associated with the pc is where my problems lie. Those red LEDs, I didn't order them, and I can't control them. I paid for a wifi card not a usb wifi stick. Bluetooth didn't arrive with the pc and had to be waited on. Not to mention I had to reach out to support at the 16 week mark just to get updates on the pc.

Took a couple on months due to delays. I was in contact with the Apex Team for the whole process and they were very friendly and helpful. The team was nice enough to give me a better graphics card for the inconvenience of the delays. The wait was definitely worth it! Overall the computer is amazing! Even though the delays pushed back the delivery the computer works great and I would definitely recommend. Just be aware of the current delays. Have fun gaming!

Ordered my PC on June 17th and it arrived on December 15th, 2 days shy of 6 months of waiting when I was told 45 business days max. I knew the wait would be longer than the suggested time but I didn't think it'd be 6 months. It sucked but once my PC finally arrived it was well worth the wait. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because I had Apex upgrade the PSU from 450w to a 750w and I was charged $95 for the upgrade and paid it but when I looked in my PC it's only a 510w. Besides that issue my PC is amazing.

Took a while to deliver. Not gonna sugarcoat that, but the support team was very commutative about the status of the PC. As of now the PC runs just fine, does everything without issues. My only gripe is the noise… it’s loud, but my mic doesn’t pick it up so it doesn’t bother anyone. All in all, it’s a great performer!

Bought as a wedding gift for my wife. She absolutely loves it. When it arrived it was all set to go. Everything was still seated correctly and the OS was fully installed. RGB was also fully running when powered up. Made life a lot easier for me. The price was also really good, especially when I bought it since on my own the price of an individual graphics card was the same or more than. I paid for the entire computer. Only down side was that it took 7 months to be completed, but also understandable because of the supply chain issues that everyone is having.

The PC itself is very good, high quality, runs smoothly and is generally quite quiet. However it took almost 9 months since purchase to arrive, I understand that there were shortages of certain items, however there was a lack of direct communication with regards to delays and to be honest it was disappointing that it took so long after the due arrival date since I really needed the pc quickly. All that being said their customer support were helpful when I emailed them about the delay and they answered my questions quickly.

To the Apex workers: The build of the pc is beautiful and it works outstandingly. At the same time when it showed up I had to format it because it did not want to recognize windows. Problem fixed and the computer runs how it should. To the customers like me: with covid it took them 4 months thanks to shortages but well worth the wait. I ordered the apex alpha and I'm not in any way dissatisfied with my pc. The wait was hell but they pulled through and delivered an outstanding piece of tech. Also the hylian shield sticker was mine it did not come with it.

Honestly the PC is awesome and Nicholas was the only good part of the team in my opinion. Poor communication, false advertising of scheduled deliveries, and a push to up sale me when you didn't have my part left a really bad taste in the mouth. I would not purchase another PC from you guys. All that being said Nicholas was patient and understanding with a willingness to help, make sure he is getting good paid right.

The experience was great! Everything all together took about a month, although that’s understandable because of coronavirus.
