Overall a great pc, just 1 issue. The graphics card they gave only had 4GB of memory on it, so I can barely run any games without lagging very bad. Other than that thought it’s a great pc.

Pc runs great, great service, but I had to wait a very long time to get it delivered and when I got it, one the the two ram sticks was corrupted, a little more testing should be done before shipping. Overall one of the best company’s to buy a pc from!

i had gotten my pc and i had tried to hook it up to the monitor i had ordered to come with it but all i have is a black screen and cant figure out whats wrong, im taking it into a shop to see whats wrong with it, the monitor itself works with other pc's and the pc lights up and looks like its functioning right but i cant get them to work with each other

The experience ive had with Apex gaming pc's has been amazing! Even through a hurricane they stayed in touch with me about the progress of my build. The only issue i had the whole time was the expanding packaging they used for the inside of the pc wedged itself underneath the graphics card and took some cutting to get out. Other than that my pc works perfectly and im very happy with the experience. Thank you!

There was a slight delay but that was due to a hurricane but they were very helpful and kept me up to date on the process. I would definitely recommend them and I will be having them do upgrades as I’m ready for them.

The customer service was great. The moment they received my order and build sheet, they immediately emailed me to talk about other options than I chose that would work better. They also asked what games I would be primarily playing so that they could make suggestions to improve your playing experience. They actually care about you and your experience. I can not recommend this company enough, especially if you are someone who is just getting into PC gaming like me.

Well first off your pc are way over priced. I could have bought the components I tried for half of the price and other company’s are shipping for free. I got charged 200 to ship. I get an up charge for building it and testing before shipping but for a little more then half the price I could have walked into Best Buy and bought a more powerful pc off the shelf. I tried to cancel the order but was told I couldn’t and the pc hadn’t even started to be built yet.

Though it took a little longer than estimated, it was well worth the wait. The customer service rep kept me informed at each step and even helped me add something to the build that I forgot. I absolutely love the quality and looks of the computer. It started up with no problems due to the amazing build quality and packaging. One issue is I payed for 2 week build and delivery but it ended up taking a month. While the computer is well worth its value, I expect more when I pay an extra 200 dollars for faster processing.

I orderd the pc and got close to what I asked for. However, for two of the main components I found that coustomer service led me to pay a higher price by telling me that more expensive parts were not compatible (even though they were) to pay a higher price for lower quality parts.

Was sent a computer with different parts than I ordered, and was told it was to expedite the shipping process. I have purchased the correct parts myself. This company is awful and will not try to fix what they have wronged. Go with any other company and save yourself a headache!

This PC is absolutely amazing!! I got a free fan upgrade, and the exterior is so much prettier and clean than I expected! The communication was also amazing. As someone who doesn’t have a lot of money, I cannot describe how happy it makes me that Apex sells these PCs at such a good price with free upgrades! I couldn’t be happier with my new computer! Firstly thank you so much for getting my pc to me in fully working conditions, obviously in it being a budget pc there was only so much I could expect but I believe it has exceed my expectations so I thank you for that I plan on making some changes to it firstly being it now has a gpu (rtx 4060) so that has improved it a lot and next I will be changing the power supply to a coolermaster 850 white edition to go with the case so it can run better. Yet again thank you so much for the pc

It does crash a lot. Shuts off and resets at least once a day no matter what I’m doing. Different times, different use loads. But other than that.... I love it.

It was supposed to be delivered in 8 weeks. However, it took 11 weeks, which is very very annoying.
From my perspective, 8 weeks is a very long time. So, 11 weeks is abuse.
Then, I won't buy anything again in this store.
