For the low price it runs very smoothly the only bad thing is the graphics card but it’s cheap so it’s ok u definitely get your bang for your buck

It is a lot better than expected, for a 700/800 dollar computer it performs extremely well. I have seen some negative reviews about apex but from this purchase I can't really see why, this computer works perfectly. I thank you people over at apex for providing me such a good computer at such a low cost for it. Thanks!

My audio is unreliable, some days it works and other days the computer won’t acknowledge my headset. I also needed to upgrade my storage which kind sucked and it crashed a lot when I play games. I bought a laptop probably around 5 years ago and it was way more reliable and was probably cheaper since it was on sale during Christmas.

Have already replaced the MOBO, after waiting an excessive amount of time to receive the computer, the MOBO bricked after two weeks. I did not bother with returning anything as they were terrible to work with to just get the computer in the first place. 0/10 would not buy from Apex again.

Every thing was great only thing that I disliked was that it took awhile to receive the pc because the flu was not there I would have liked it if you had emailed me if the part was not there and that it would have taken longer than expected . But then when I reached out you guys did respond very quickly . Thank you .

Works and runs great! Games take a while to run smoothly but just processing. Slight frame jumps but video quality and everyday use is great!

Took about 2 months to receive the pc after a lot of back and forth calling customer support. Having to try send it back now,only 7 months of having it because it keeps crashing. I have reset/reformat the pc and re installed windows 10 on it ,but still has problems crashing. Overall I'm not happy. Well over $1000 spent, I shouldn't be having to deal with this .The pc does look nice but that's all it has going for it

I would share a photo but it’s being repaired. The PC took four and a half months to receive and never worked. The motherboard and CPU were defective and rather than wait four more months for a return, I had to pay out of pocket. And yes, I did contact customer service several times. Go to a local store for a custom build rather than buy from Apex.

Pretty good. But…
Blue screened on first launch of Sea of Theives, indicating some hardware failure. It hasn’t done it since the first time, so hopefully it was just a one time thing. Says it’s VR ready, which it is, and SteamVR test also says it is. VR was the main reason I got this and so far it has been great. I highly suggest it for Quest users that want to get an even better experience. Sadly though, it didn’t come with a USB-C port that the quest uses to connect to PC’s/Laptops, but there are easy 12$ adapters you can get on Amazon that work perfectly. And for a good example of what it can run, it runs Teardown with minimal lag, unless you cut an entire building in half, but that’s to be expected. Overall great PC, it’s absolutely wonderful.
(Small note, when it first arrived, someone had forgotten to log out of their APEX gaming administrative account, so it was a bit of a hassle to figure out how to log out of that speaking I’ve never used windows 11 before. Just hard reset the computer and log in to your own account, or create one if you havnt.)

Our Apex PC is great. Just what we were looking for at a great price. The service team was incredibly helpful answering all my questions and guiding me to the right purchase. Delivery is slow so hopefully with time that will improve. Will continue to buy from Apex.

Support team is polite and friendly and very helpful, when the pc arrived it was well packaged and secured and looks great. I will be having apex building another for me in the near future.

It dosent look like the one in the picture, and I don't think it came with a graphics card. It can barely run a 4gb game on Max graphics.

I haven’t purchased this PC yet or any of yours but I have recently become a huge fan of building my own PC. I watch A lot of your partners on YouTube and that’s what got me into this all! I really want to get a PC. It’s my dream. As soon as I can afford on of these. I’m going to get one! I cannot wait to get one! Your PCs are hella dope!!
