Terrible. They use cheap Chinese scrap parts for their psu’s that can’t power anything. I spent nearly 3 grand on this garbage and it couldn’t render anything because when it tried the entire pc would lose power.

This was my first time getting a pc and let me tell you it’s 1000 times better than my old ps4! I thought it would be smaller but even if my pc’s a little on the chunky side, it does a great job handling everything I use it for!

I was hoping for a much better experience from Apex. After ordering my pc my ship date came and went without any acknowledgement from Apex about a tracking number or update in their system. I waited unit after Christmas hoping that they were just a little behind on the build and would ship it soon. However the first of the year also came and went without any info coming my way. I finally called and asked about what happened with my build and to their credit they acknowledged their mistake and expedited the build process. I got my pc later that week.
Unfortunately due to the nature of my work I was unable to even unbox the thing until 2 weeks later and then found that the wrong case was used as well as the wrong motherboard. I was willing to look past that as I was just glad to have a new pc. Then after the first day of using the machine, the GPU died. I tried and tried to fix the problem but even after removing and cleaning the port the GPU was no longer recognized by the computer and wouldn't even power up. I had no choice to return it.
Even throughout all this I have to admit that the customer service was good. They were attentive and tried to help in anyway they could. I was just done by the end with the issues I had experienced over the past 5-6 months. If you have no experience building your own pc Apex would be a good service to use but learning to build your own comes with an over all much better experience in my opinion.

cable management was alright at best, some of the headers are plugged in wrong and the rgb on the air pump was inaccessible because of this. lots of bloat ware installed, and it came with no windows activated (hardware change) so i bought my own after waiting to hear back from you for 4 days. for $3k i figured none of this should’ve ever been a problem that was overlooked. seeing how it took you 7 months to get it to me, i’m surprised not one person caught any of this at all. i would’ve sent it back to you, but i was just so excited to finally use it, and didn’t want to lose it again for who knows how long. i likely won’t recommend your business, outside of having fair gpu pricing and decent parts. solid build, but a lot of details missed.

So build wise this thing is an absolute 10/10 and I couldn’t be happier honestly.
Where I give my “experience” a 5/10 is with the channels of communication honestly. Without rehashing everything I think my only place where I would want to see the company grow before purchasing again would be under promising on delivery dates and over delivering elsewhere. I was told about 5 different dates on when the PC would be shipped out and I would have been happy with someone telling me “Janurary 2021” but since I was using the PC for business I had to cancel sponsored streams due to the expectation that was laid before me. It’s a trust thing mostly after awhile. The company went above and beyond to make sure the pc was perfect even adding my own parts. Overall 7/10

Came a little late because of corona but that’s about wrapped up now so wouldn’t have any complaints on that side of the building process and they were good at letting me know which step they were on for my computer. There was a few mishaps every once in a while but they were all resolved with one email. 8/10 shippping 10/10 build the price was not bad at all for the parts I got I would totally recommend the 2060 super or maybe even a 2070 it is totally worth the extra money.

The Apex team is very dedicated and committed to making sure that you get exactly the system you ordered and that you are totally pleased. My system was ordered right when the Coronavirus hit and suppliers of CPUs and RAM we're holding back on deliveries, but Apex worked with suppliers, customs, shippers etc. to make sure they got my parts as soon as possible even under those circumstances
. They then put the system through extensive stress testing and swapped out a graphics card they thought might give me trouble down the road.

Purchased my PC over the phone with William walking me through all of the options on my PC.
Overall the whole experience was painless, with the support team walking me through the process every step of the way.
Build quality is on par with the most high end companies out there, wire management might even be better. Everything is very well laid out with the wires taking their shortest possible routes.
Shipping time was 7 business days, UPS took 6 days if you include the weekend, 4 if you do not. BE CAREFUL you must sign for your PC and prove your residency. My wife almost could not sign for it because she did not have ID on her.
I would strongly encourage the PSU Cables in red, I wish I got them.

Best wire management I’ve ever seen, with some of the most insane support on the planet. Think of it as the ritz Carlton of support and the Ferrari of wire managmanet. Not to mention this thing flys like a Bugatti when it comes to performance.

Although the shipping was a little more than expected the product is fantastic. I can get upwards of 350 FPS in Fortnite. There is plenty of ram and storage. I would recommend getting this product because of Apex’s customer service. I emailed someone with a question and they responded within two minutes with helpful information. I have had my pc for about two months now and have not had a single problem.

Been using the Carbon for the past two weeks and it performs well and above expectations. From the wire management to how everything runs, it honestly is an amazing PC. The only thing better than the PC is the superb customer service provided through both the website chat feature and support email. They were extremely helpful and responded in a quick manner. I went with the lowest price of the Carbon with the i7 8700 and gtx 1070 since I mainly just play indies, which typically aren't very demanding and should keep me going for years. For newer AAA releases though I would certainly recommend the higher available options. The amazing build quality and assurance that everything will function properly is worth it alone!

Where to start it took about 2 months just for the computer to get to my house at that time parts were still not connected properly I had to finish putting it together myself HDD is still missing. I have been in constant contact with the apex team with still no resolution in site. No bluetooth, I could not connect my sound bar at first(connected it via aux cord) no wifi built in. The apex team has made me numerous promises none of which were followed up on you are better off going with another company.

I'll start with price. $350 less than Xidax, $400 less than Digital Storm, and $600 less than OriginPC. Not sure how they do it when literally every part in the computer is name brand and exact to specs but, props to Apex for the great prices.
Now to the computer itself.
Got my Apex Carbon on 4/1 ordered on 3/19. I was worried about wire management as I am very OCD but the Apex team did an AMAZING job rerouting wires on both sides of the case. The RGB lights and fans make an awesome view and the computer is a beast. I get over 380 FPS on Fortnite, 210 on BFV and 280 on Apex Legends.
Support staff was a great help when I accidentally created an improper simple volume. They connected via TeamViewer and had me sorted within 10 minutes.
