The pc was poorly built. I sent it back, and it has been two months that I haven’t heard anything about the status of my pc. I was refunded for expedited shipping, but the $1000 I paid for the computer is nonrefundable. I’m pretty disappointed. The email asking me to review a product I haven’t even been able to use is ironic.

You went above and beyond to try and give me a good pc. Thank you, I am sorry that my wife tended to get heated and message without talking to me about it, she is a firecracker. There is some stuttering I am not sure where it comes from it might be due to the overall newness of the Arc a750 and lack of support from programs that might be causing it. I make sure to keep it updated and system is constantly checked for any viruses. I can play most games with no issue at the highest settings it is an amazing tower. Windows 11 pro is not what I thought it would be disappointed with microsoft. I only wish I had the money to get a good monitor to try playing at 1440p 120hz. My old 60hz 1080p monitor does not do your awesome tower justice XD.

I got it in after 2 months and it worked fine for about 1 week, then I started lagging like the PC can't handle to games I play. I had messaged APEX a little after I had paid for the PC, asking if the PC I bought could handle the types of games I play, giving them examples as well to what games I play. they said it should be fine with the parts I had picked out. Now I can't even play Dead by daylight or Fortnite without it lagging to shit and having paid 1600, does not seem worth it. I would not recommend buying from this website.

Despite what felt like a eternal waiting, the computer works very well, 240 fps on league of legends, run smoothly elden ring at maximum graphics, very surprising since it wasn't the best option possible, my other games are not as new as elden ring, but for example minecraft RLcraft mod runs very well even pass 6 chunks view, I would recommand it if you have the budget for it, and would be able to wait, and not as a replacement from a broken one, like in my case

My PC runs perfectly, I've had no issues with it. I'm perfectly happy with the product I received. My only issues was how long it took to get it. In actuality, it's not the fault of the company, hardware just hasn't been manufactured as much because of the world situation. I was just disappointed to find that even after the 16 weeks of extended wait time, my PC still wasn't done with the build process. Customer service did a great job keeping me informed though. Christopher and Nicholas were very helpful in making sure I was kept in the loop on the status of my computer. My only problem was that it took 6 months to receive my computer, but other than that, I have no issues with it, and it runs beautifully.

Well everything would have been great had I known that it didn't come with wifi so I had to take it to another place and spend another 200$ to get a network card installed because our internet box and router is on the other side of our house and we don't need long cords ran though the house to my sons room to trip over

Complete scam of a company in my opinion! Not only am I 6 months after purchase and still no GPU after having to purchase my own RAM because they "ran short" on basically everything and nothing to show for it but a dead pc that I can't even use since the budget CPU I graciously purchased from them doesn't even have dedicated graphics! Waste of money and time never would I recommend to anyone even my worst enemy!

I like the PC but I can never seem to just hop on and play. I will turn it on but the keyboard and mouse will not light up and nothing will show up on the screen. I then have to hold the power button to turn it off and keep trying until it finally shows up. This gets annoying but once it shows up, everything seems to work fine after it takes me to the boot settings. Good customer service as well!

Ok I love it once we got it set up but there were many things the website did not tell us about like the fact it did not have a wireless network adapter it hade no DVD player attached and it did not say that others than that I love it and will keep going through with apex gaming just want them to explain the pc more in depth for people that are getting there first pc

Its a nice PC worked great I got the full starnderd model after 11mounths still works great bought a 8gb ram card to make a total of 16gb and bougt a storage device to add 5 tb on top of the 465gb it had and I just bought those if you dont mod you wont need them

The pc runs great on lower resolutions given my price point being about $800 and have to play at 30fps or 60 on lower resolutions but all in all a solid machine so far. Just wish my motherboard wasn't a mini.

bought an apex silver with the ryzen 3 1200 and gtx 1650 and am very happy so far i get around 100 fps on cs go with high settings and on pubg around 60 fps on medium settings with monitor being 1080p 27in benq

Ended up going the custom route and worked with Dan @Apex to have them build my special rig off of the silver base.

Ok Apex, since you asked so nicely to write a review here it goes. Ordered on 12/28. Delivered the 7th. PC came packaged properly, with no issues during shipment. Un-boxed it and started it up, Windows 10 Pro booted up perfectly, downloaded Steam and began playing GTA 5. Runs it super well at 1080p on Medium settings. Sometimes with explosions it drops to like 50 FPS but you can't even tell without the counter. The support team was there when I couldn't get my wireless card to connect, and they even remote connected to do it for me. Overall experience was so much better than Amazon.
