Package arrived very securely, and even though my computer was delayed due to the hurricane the constant updates on the device was clear and almost daily. Just like a console it just needed to be removed from the box and for my cables to be hooked into it and started. Its well done, looks good and runs as expected. This is my first desktop and I couldn't be happier with it

Both of the top fans wobble and make a load rattling noise. The side wall fans buzz. The rest of the computer works great but if you spend $4000 on a computer it better be perfect. They didn’t send my monitor or keyboard until a week after my pc came. And the pc was weeks late. It’s annoying that I have to go out of my way now to fix fans in a computer I haven’t even had for a month. I’d send it back if I didn’t think it take a month for it be be fixed

Had some issues with the wifi setup, but customer support was really friendly and helpful. I was able to ship the pc back and once everything was up and running, it’s really been the best computer I’ve ever had. It runs really well. The team provided a lot of valuable information during the process and it took some time but it was really worth it.

For a small company, they put out great work! Purchasing what I wanted was simple and easy. They keep you updated on the whole process to ensure that both parties are on the same page. My PC works great, and I have not had a problem since I got it. I would rate them 8-9/10, recommend them, and would buy again.

So while the wait was a little longer than expected the pc was even better than I had hoped for and made the wait worth it just being able to play on the highest settings and the computer not even breaking a sweat I still haven't set up the streaming gear but i can only imagine the computer handling it like a champ 9/10 would buy again if I had the money

Constant delays with no updates and half of the discussed items where not included in the build. The only good thing I can say is I got what I payed for as you never charged me for the parts left off that we discussed would be added. However what I got was very lackluster as I have already taken it into a local shop twice to fix issues you guys failed on. 1/5 will be recommending anyone looking for a computer to go anywhere but with you guys.

After about 2 months all the games I used to be able to play stoped working. It says my CPU is maxed out with no real reason why. The games run at 1 frame per hour. I purchased the Zen model so if you can help that would be wonderful.

Love my computer. I've built my own PCs in the past, but didn't feel like going through the trouble this time. The price was obviously higher than of I'd built my own, but the time save was well worth it. I had one issue out of the box, with my PCIe card. Got in touch with support and they RMA'd it after some quick troubleshooting. No problem. When I got the new card, I had some strange issues. Called support and they got me set up right away. If it weren't for the support, I'd maybe give a 4-4.5 because it IS a bit expensive, but having their support available made this sooo easy.
Outside of gaming, I'm using my PC for coding and music production. It's got more than enough capability for both.
I love my new PC, but even more, I love APEX's support. Aside from my friends that are EXTREMELY fluent on PC building, I'd recommend APEX to everyone for their gaming system.

I am very disappointed with Apex. I started my order in February and was told in February that they had started building my PC. They immediately attempted to get me to switch cases under the lie that it would "be more aestheticly pleasing" so I accepted. Weeks later I requested an update to which they said they were on track to have it built by April 2nd and in my home by the 6th. This was a lie as well and when I requested an update they told me they don't have the parts for the foreseeable future(you know the parts they said on February 26th they had already started putting together) and even requested I change my case again bc they don't have my case. If you don't have my case then wtf were you building on February 26th? A bad relationship with a customer who already paid? I would not buy here again.

The reason I have it 3 stars was because I only got half my order, however the PC I did get was honestly amazing. I know people talk down on pre built PCs, But this is forsure worth it if you don’t want to build your own. Great speeds for the specs it came with. I did get a ryzen 5 series, however that was more then enough to make 200fps on majority of big title games. If you want to spend a good chuck of money on a pc I’d recommend here because they also over clock your pc for u and pre install everything beforehand. And for you it’s literally just plug and play. No updates or anything needed, just downloaded my game and called it a day.
I also purchased an apex monitor and boy that thing is so smooth and the imaging is amazing. For the price is actually unbelievable. I have a 1500$ monitor thats 4k but for the price of theres is a really great deal, honestly looks just as good.

I thought I was going to get a great funtional PC. I trusted the engineers when they said the parts I chose would fit and funtion. Spoiler, they didn't. They fit the case at least. Less than a week after delivery I ran into my first issue. The frames were dropping hard while playing any game, regardless of how my settings were set. I'm talking about getting 200 plus frames on CS GO then a few seconds later 3 frames. This was a continuous cycle. I trouble shot the system thinking maybe I have a graphics card issue. Nope the 4060 was doing well, even the manufacturer said it was within spec. Checked all of my connections, all solid connections. Maybe it was the RAM? Nope, swapped out the RAM for name brand RAM. Still dropping frames. Turns out, it was the motherboard. Of all things I had to buy a new motherboard. Ordered one and tried putting it in the case I got. Wouldn't fit the "mid" tower I got from them. Bought a bigger case put all the parts into it and guess what? It works!! So now the only original component I have from the build I requested is the power supply. Let's see how long that last before I have to replace it. So all in all I paid APEX GAMING PC'S just a little under 4k for them to send me a box full of parts that I used to build my own PC. On the bright side I now have a spare case, motherboard, Ram, and most of a harness to build myself a second rig.

I really like this brand and product so far. I was a little upset when I ordered express production and delivery when ultimately it was never going to happen but the team quickly refunded that portion of the purchase. I will say more clear dimensions of casings and parts would be helpful for storage for those will smaller spaces but overall I really like how this company operates.

The initial start to having this PC was amazing. There were a couple of driver issues with the 7900 XTX but that’s more of a graphics car issue and not the company themselves Apex gaming was very professional throughout the entire process of ordering the PC updating it for new parts exchanging out parts that I made mistakes on and just completely ensuring that the build would 100% work the moment of arrival this company is extremely professional and I recommend this to anyone looking into starting off getting into PC gaming or just wanting to build a bigger more monsters PC I love this computer and I think them for all of their hard work into making my dream machine. Come true it’s been seven years in the making but the wait was completely worth it.

The computer itself works great no problems with its performance. Only issues is that I can't find a way to turn off the RGB lighting and the wifi tends to disconnect at random moments, especially if left idle for about 5 minutes. Whether it's the PC or the wifi USB, I'm not sure. Other than that, the PC works perfectly

Overall I love the pc and set up. The customer service was excellent. The only thing I have a complaint about is the time they took to build the pc. In total I waited nearly 4 months and had to constantly check on the progress and even upgrade parts to speed up the build. But like I said they were very pleasant and helpful in the process.

While the computer runs well and is great for gaming, Windows 11 was forced onto it when it does not have the requirements to properly run on it and install onto it. Had to revert to Windows 10 because of it.

The power supply stopped working about a month after I got it. I replaced it and it worked fine. The pictures of the PCs are a bit deciving I was expecting rgb fans and ram but it did not come with that. But other than that the pc works great.

Everybody was great to deal with in the process of a custom built PC. It took a while to get the Graphics card of course but we changed mod build to a different card and they adjusted the price accordingly and got it out ASAP. Our son loves his PC and it runs all games like a dream. Highly recommend Apex PC’s!!

Big shout out to apex gaming pc never heard of them before and seen a ad about them and decided to go ahead and buy a pc through them. Needless to say they came through with the build, and I can’t say in words how much I like it!! But the one downfall was having to wait other than that great experience they communicate with you through the whole process, so I was impressed. I would recommend them to anyone so when I need a build next time I’ll go through them.

My PC arrived in perfect condition and it runs smoothly (Apex Zen). I did have a little issue at first with the graphics card (I have a GTX 1660 Super) that was not registering my monitor (XP-PEN Artist 24 Pro) and it keep crashing but with the help of Nicholas over the phone and running some troubleshooting with him the problem got fixed!.
This is my first ever PC and I must say I was nervous at first but at the end I am glad I purchased my first PC with ApexGamingpcs, also the customer service is fantastic!!
I do recommend upgrading to a 3yr Hardware warranty in case something happens, one can never know, but at least I am assured that if anything I can just send it back for repairs.

From the beginning to the end was a bad experience. I bit the bullet on this and should of canceled but the fact that there was a fee the size of Texas is the amount of money you make on the sale anyways I didn't cancel. The actual product was as ordered hardware wise. The configurations and setup of windows was terrible. The wires were tied very tight. One cord was being pulled and kinked bending pins on mobo. I fixed the cords and reset all configurations and reinstalled windows. It runs well now. I would not recommend anyone to you.

Everything was good besides shipping. I understand with covid and everything else it was gonna take a while but I think they forgot to ship my pc once they emailed me that it was ready. 2 months later after the email, I contacted them about my pc and they had it ready to ship the next day.

The pc is great, probably the beefiest computer I've ever owned. However, was it worth the 7 months to get it? No. Nicholas did a great job up till the end with us. If something like my pc ever happens to another customer, be honest with them and give more than $150 rebate. After 7 months of waiting, it should have been a bigger deal to the company. I had to post on every social media platform to get a tracking number sent to me.
Get better, be more efficient, and communicate with your customers a lot better. Stop sending the spam emails about how to be famous on YouTube, they can't do that sans pc.

I love my the pc. It's amazing and I haven't run into any issues at all. Ive purchased the apex zen and it's hugeee. Everything connected easily. Computer comes with all the information, booklets, certifications as well as extra wires for connection and even a remote control to change the rgb inside. Set up was super easy I do wish that I had more than one HDMI port connected to the video card as there is only one and I had to buy a splitter. My complaint is out of apex's control and that's the time frames of getting your hands on a 30 series Nvidia card. The wait was very tiring and brutal. I waited four months for delivery. Only things I wish is for Apex to stop the automated messages and actually look into each person case by case. I felt I was getting alot of "estimated" times but overall I'm happy .. super stoked to have purchased through this company.

This Zen is a beast!! I run Valorant at 334 FPS max! It’s so smooth and quiet. Overall, If you’re looking for a high end gaming pc with an amd processor this will be your go to. I literally get 300+ FPS on most games I play!!

Overall my experience was excellent all parts in the computer are parts you would use for a build no unknown brands. Cable management is A1 did a better job than I ever could. I highly recommend Apex gaming in competitive settings I get 200+ frames 1080p and all high setting I still get 150fps on average. I know I was a pain for apex but even so not once did they give me attitude nothing but professionalism. I received all parts manuals and yes even the usb and rgb cable for the wraith prism overall I loved the experience and with my apex premium package. I’ll be purchasing another great pc with the premium package discount.
