It works great and is very user friendly even for someone, unlike myself, who has never used or setup a gaming PC. Everything is installed well and even with no extra payment for cable management they did a great job. Everything is neatly labeled and displayed, and even comes with instructions for modifications or upgrades. The keychain it came with is also very good quality.

I received the PC entirely assembled and it worked wonderfully. I've yet to have any issues with the performance of the PC, with my only quarrel being that it refused to connect to my keyboard using the designated keyboard port, forcing me to switch to a USB keyboard. That being said I will definitely recommend Apex Gaming PCs to any of my friends that find themselves in the market for a new computer

Beautiful and fast PC. Took awhile to build/ship but the company was dealing with a hurricane at the time, so nothing they could control (a couple of parts were delayed a few weeks). Very clear communication from start to finish, would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to have a quality built custom PC without having to worry about building it yourself.

Very easy to choose the pc and build I wanted, and afterwards the team let me know what parts would be better for what I was going to use it for. The only thing I would like differently would be some kinda notice that I was going to get some factory/spare parts and wires, and that they were just extra and not needed to be installed. Also the tracking website made this whole thing simpler for me as I could check progress without bothering the team.

Took 7 months to get to me worked for one day now games freeze and the graphics are buggy sometimes it crashes when it’s booted up it was a 5 thousand dollar computer I will never use or recommend you people ever worst computer company I’m sure I will ever do business with I will not send my computer to be fixed from whatever you all did to make it not work I will take it to someone who knows what there doing good day what a waste

The computer runs fine once i get it past start-up. most of the time it fails to produce a video output from the gpu, and just leaves a black screen. I've had other people come look at it and says the problem is in this brand new gpu I bought from apex (with the pc) as the rest of the pc runs fine and i can get a video output from the other output section, but not the gpu.

After ordering my PC it took a while to arrive due to a part shortage but I love how beefy and smooth it runs. I can play any game I own and even vr titles on it. All in all I would recommend Apex Pcs to anyone who it in the market.

Computer is running great so far! I requested component changes later after ordering my pc and everything was correct when I got my pc. It has worked instantly after getting it out of the box and following the start up guide. I haven't run into any issues at all! It was delayed about a month from the initial deliver date. But it was well worth it! Great build and great customer service.

There were some hiccups scheduling to talk with a technician. My pc delivery was delayed cause original graphics card was hard to get. I called and found out that was the problem and decided to pick a higher version to get pc faster.

I’ll be honest, Apex has restored my faith in companies building a custom PC for a customer. I originally went through Evolve PC and it was an absolute nightmare that ended in me having to do a charge back on my card. Apex is and will be my go to choice for all of my PC needs. If there was a hiccup, they were prompt in communicating it professionally with a solution at hand. I have recommended Apex to everyone I’ve come across and I am extremely satisfied with my experience as well as product.

I ordered 2 sticks of 32 ddr 5 ram but instead got 4 sticks of 16 ddr 5 ram, and would have liked to have known that the case would have been very cramped with a 4090 stuffed inside, I knew the 4090 was large but if I was recommended a bigger case probably would have wanted a bigger case, cause the wires are squeezed between the case wall and the 4090 having a sharp twist as they are routed. Other then that I’ve been enjoying my build, but the thing wait for my pc could have been shorter.

After a somewhat significant delay my PC finally arrived. Issues with the order were promptly dealt with by the customer services staff once they were notified. I am extremely pleased with the performance of the pc thus far and after 3 months of use I haven't encountered any issues.

Purchasing the computer was super easy because of help from your team. However, I ran into a CPU fan issue with my computer. Sometimes the fan would work, sometimes it wouldn't which would cause the computer to prompt me with all kinds of BIOS settings, latency, and cooling issues. I was able to fix the issue by replacing the CPU fan with the assistance of your outstanding staff members, so thank you.
On a separate note, I felt that I didn't know how to optimize my PC's performance. I think it might help you stand out if you offer some kind of video/graphics walkthrough to really stand out from your competition. This was my first time custom building a PC, so I wasn't too sure about the specs that I should run. Perhaps this is something you can offer to customers if they were to call in as oppose to offering it to everyone automatically.

I'm happy with the machine, I can easily say those were well spent money. It just took a bit too long to get it (around 6 months since I did place the order). Also the removable glass part of the case completely shattered as soon as I did try to open the pc which is no biggie but a little annoying, now I have a permanently open case so the inside is more prone to dust. Whatever, again, no biggie, the machine itself is amazing, just like I did want it.

It is a custom build, therefore it does take time. However I was able to email the company about the timeframe and my concerns. They responded with a more clear timeframe. I did have multiple people reply, I don’t feel like it was ever the same person. But the computer came and my son loves it.

Where do I even start? Between the long wait times for support, the 6 months it took to get the pc, or the fact that the pc does not even work properly.
I am appalled at the company for their variois practices. I trusted Apex Gaming PCs to be my system integrator and all they did was use cheap components wherever they got the chance. Not only did I essentially get charged double for what components actually went into my Pc they even used cheap parts such as mushkin RAM when they have the chance. And I don't really trust the PSU either. With that said here is my experience from start to finish.
I've wanted a PC ever since I was a kid, but between college and work I never really had the time to build it myself. I was recommended Apex gaming Pcs by a YouTuber who I assumed could be trusted as legitimate. I took a look on the website and liked what I saw -- the website itself is nice, you can pick your parts to get a completely custom pc, and I liked the fact that they employed veterans. As such I decided to put in a purchase for my dream Pc. I got a top of the line build and spent around 8 thousand USD on it. Looking back now it's hilarious how excited I was -- safe to say I look back on that day and realize how ignorant I was. Anyways, after purchasing the pc they sent me a few updates and a link to their status portal, which I have my issues with but honestly works and serves it purpose, and I eagerly awaited for my PC to arrive. About once a week or so I would check in to see how the build was coming along. Until week 6 or 7 (around there) when I started to complain. However, I decided to wait it out because my thought was that the long wait would be worth it if the PC worked great. Skipping the part where I waited for another 2 months. Everything was ready for my pc except there was a compatability issue they emailed me about. I immediately responded and explained what I would've liked them to do, but here is the kicker, they never responded and I got an email a day later saying my pc was shipped. I was in a panic -- what did they do with the pc? Did they change a component? I eventually got a reply back and they horizontally mounted my gpu but did not include the sag bracket. Which was not what I was asking for in my response email. As such I found this whole situation unprofessional. However the Pc finally arrived and I overlooked that. I was so happy to finally have the Pc I waited so long for. And for a couple weeks it worked amazingly. No problems, no stuttering, great experience. That was until I got a BSOD error. I would continue to get these and emailed support about it. I tried all the fixes -- surprise none of them worked-- and ended up taking out two ram sticks from the a1 and b1 dim slots. This made the pc work fine. I thought it was just a bad ram stick. That was until I got another BSOD error code that read:critical_process_died. Critical process died??? What the heck does that mean -- I'm be a little sarcastic here.
Today I sent another email as I have been able to boot into the computer but I don't want this to continue. I payed good and hard earned money for this pc and I can't believe it's giving me so much trouble. I am more than willing to resolve this whole situation if the company is willing to work with me, but given the history I just layed out I am not confident about it to say the least. If u buy a PC from this company please be careful!

Love the PC, bit of a wait thanks to the parts I ordered and the original shipment coming in with one section of the loop coming loose (can’t really fault anything but a bumpy transit there) but support was helpful any time I’ve had to reach out for assistance, runs great and the only thing I’d change is maybe an outlet valve to make my life easier on changing out the liquid.

I Recently got this for a Christmas present and told the person who got me the pc, that they got scammed. all together the pc parts costed 900-1000ish.The person who got the pc for me payed 2000. anytime i bring it up to my friends they say I def got scammed. LOWER THE PRICES.

The wait was really long and over shot your estimate of 8 weeks by an extra 4 or 5 weeks. I am happy overall with my computer and the customer service was fairly punctual with responding to my questions. One thing I'm concerned about is not getting any kind of serial number for my O.S. Also having a portal that people can check on their computer status seems like a good thing to do to add transparency but in my case i found my self checking on it almost daily, being uncertain about where parts where, and what shipping delays where adding to the overall build time. It all contributed to me probably emailing the customer service more than i should about things hard to control like supply chain issues. Overall though i would say it was an okay experience.

The waiting time for this build was simply beyond ridiculous. I basically had to go on the offensive and put constant pressure via customer service to get it shipped after more than 3 months of waiting for parts. Upon arrival we noticed a few issues such as one of the frontal usb ports not working and missing wifi 6e antenna that should have come with the mother board.

The last system I bought was from Falcon NW. I figured that with their reputation all components would be top notch, but the cases they chose to put their high caliber components in were cheap steel things that really didn't work all that well. I was able to choose a much better and more versatile case with Apex, and the components were on part with FNW as well as the build quality for a lower price. Although it took longer than the estimated time to get my computer, Apex made it right by me, and I have a super system now that does just what I want it to do.
